A $30 million renovation has been completed in the 718-room tower at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. Some of the space was reconfigured, adding four more rooms and converting many rooms to suites, bringing the hotel's total to 1,610. The top-to-bottom project brought in new furnishings, carpets and artwork aimed to enhance the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal.
There are now 87 new suites in one of two types: The Tower Premier 1 Bedroom Suite is a 1,138-square-foot space featuring a secluded king bedroom leading into the living space with a dining table for four, a sleeper sofa and enough room to host gatherings for up to 25 guests. The Family Bunk Room Suite can sleep six, and features a king bed and a separate sleeping area with two full-sized bunk beds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Amenities at the Hilton Anatole, in the heart of the Dallas Design District, include JadeWaters, the hotel’s resort-style pool complex with a lazy river, luxury cabanas, two 30-foot slides and more. Also on site is a Topgolf Swing Suite with three bays. The 80,000-square-foot Verandah Athletic Club features an indoor jogging track and a lap pool, and is home to the Verandah Spa.
The property features 600,000 square feet of event space.
